- We are open daily from 12 NOON to 8 PM. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

- No, there is no fee to come into our location

No, we are open to the public during our operating hours.

- Do I have to pay for my game card?
- No, cards are free with purchase.
- Do I have to use all my credits and/or points this visit?
- No, your game credits and points do not expire. You can save up points to get a larger item in the future.
- Do the card kiosks give change?
- No, but there is a bill breaker in the back of our location to break down larger bills.
- What age(s) does someone need to be to play games?
- We are fun for all ages! Toddlers to adults will have something to play at our location
- How many credits is it to play games?
- Credits vary per game from 1 to 12 credits.
- How come I don’t have more points after playing a bunch of games?
- We have redemption and non-redemption games at our location. If you play more “self merchandiser” games like claw machines, Cut to Win, I Cube, Hit 10, etc you are playing for that prize and do not accumulate points for items behind our redemption counter.
- Do you still honor old prize cards and tokens?
- Yes, bring them in and we will give you a new card with your points and/or credits.
